                    The main problem of package delivery via drones is about line of site control needed, and this limits travel of UAV's over distance since the risk of crash would be higher. Aviation laws might limit UAVS because of this. My solution is light rails fit to already existing structures like telephone poles above ground. Even so like UAV's proper these planes will have wings due to high speed. Though it could be more expensive to build light rails to deliver goods at first, this seems to be the most viable way to both deliver goods without a higher rate of crash and the resulting limit on drones otherwise. I envision a pay as increased business allows business method, since the value of the drones is higher being much lighter and faster for the cost of delivery compared with road rail or other large scale methods to ship to where the consumer has more comfort than by more centralized methods.
