The invented generalized Super Super Decoupled Loadflow (SSDL) computation method is characterized in that 1) modified real power mismatch at any PQ-node-p is calculated as RPp = [ΔPp’ + (Gpp’/ Bpp’) ΔQp’] / Vp2, which takes different form for different manifestation of the generalized version SSDL-X’X’ method, 2) transformed values of known/given/specified/scheduled/set quantities in the diagonal elements of the gain matrix [YV] of the Q-V sub-problem are present, and 3) transformation angles are restricted to maximum of –48 particularly for the most successful version SSDL-YY method, and these inventive loadflow computation steps together yield some processing acceleration and consequent efficiency gains, and are each individually inventive. The other two Super Super Decoupled Loadflow methods: BGX’ version (SSDL-BGX') and X'GpvX' version (SSDL-X'GpvX') are characterized in the use of simultaneous (1V, 1θ) iteration scheme thereby calculating mismatches only once in each iteration and consequent efficiency gain.

                Throughout the world, mobile phones have become a ubiquitous part of everyday life. Moving fast forward, technology has travelled from our desktop to our laptop and now to our handheld device. And with every great sensation, human behavior often finds a way to cast shadows of darkness. The cell phone is no exception as many inherent life threatening problems are also gaining light speed momentum. These problems come with a very large cost. The World Health Organization estimates distracted driving alone is costing countries one to three percent of GDP. On the high end, this preventable expense amounts to nearly 450 billion dollars per year for the United States.

                Mobile phone problems are well documented in the following areas:
                Prisons - #1 smuggled contraband. Gang warfare and illegal activities are carried out.
                Highways - #1 cause of distracted driving accidents and leading killer of teen drivers.
                Classrooms - #1 problem in our schools due to class disruption, cheating, and bullying.
                Court rooms - jury tampering, jury box research, jury boredom, jury social media.
                Airplanes - terrorists can detonate a bomb using the cell phone.
                Hospitals - mobile phones are forbidden in ICU's due to equipment malfunction.

                TECHNOLOGY OBSTACLES - A handful of companies have attempted to become solution providers for a few of these problems, most notably problems in our prison systems, behind the wheel, and in our schools. NONE withstanding, each and every one of them face impenetrable obstacles such as: uninstalling the application; turning off the Bluetooth; GPS latency and signal lapses; large number of varied mobile platforms; continuous updating; closed platforms; battery drain; single phone to vehicle pairing; and the inability to affect skype and satellite phones.

                PRIMARY OBSTACLE - The most significant obstacle facing solution providers is the lack of universal standards within the mobile device industry. Currently, there are NONE. Because there are no standards, the ability to universally apply a simple safety feature cannot effectively be carried out across all mobile devices. Absent uniform protocols, no solution will ever be complete. Every major industry worldwide has universal safety standards except the mobile phone industry.

                SOLUTION - TSF has developed and proposes adoption as a universal standard a set of distraction prevention and safety protocols along with matching bluetooth technology to be embedded into the firmware in all mobile phone devices. Such adoption quickly and easily provides a comprehensive remedy for all the problems mentioned above for ALL mobile phone devices. The protocols automatically instruct the mobile device how to behave when in protocol specific environments containing a corresponding active Bluetooth sensor.

                Examples of Sensor Specific Environments - In a prison all phones will shut down; in the driver's seat area of a transit bus, all phones will go to sleep; in the driver's seat of a passenger car, the texting and email functions will be inhibited and only hands-free Bluetooth will function; in a classroom the instructor could use the phone as a teaching tool for part of the class, then flip a switch to put all phones to sleep when giving a quiz, and so on as shown on page 3. Because the protocols will be embedded into the firmware, they cannot be uninstalled nor turned off. The protocols will be hack proof sum check protected and part of the OS.

                COST OF TSF PROTOCOL ADOPTION - ZERO (detail on page 5). TSF proposes a flat monthly protocol fee of $1 per phone. The revenue generated will offset the necessary expense outlay to outfit the prisons, schools, court houses and public transportation vehicles with their respective protocol sensors.                   This novel invention uses polishing techniques to slowly polish or abrade away stepped layers of an object to be scanned. The scanned object is cast into a contrasting resin which provides a dark (or light) background for photography. The layers are digitally photographed stepwise to produce a record of internal structures. 2D digital images are reassembled using computer and software methods to produce exquisitely fine detailed 3D digital models of the solid internal structures in full color.

                  Because polishing can be controlled tightly, layers may be removed in the in the nanometer realm. This implies the limiting barrier in resolution is the pixel size of the recording camera. These cameras pixels are getting denser and denser as technology progresses which only improves the performance of the 3D scanner.

                  The multi-spectral light used to illuminate the image plane can be used to identify the chemical components of the object. Therefore the 3D scanner has a spectrometer function as well.

                  The Full Color 3D Solid Image Scanner would be important in the semiconductor industry. Most importantly 1st article scanning semiconductor devices to determine as manufactured state vs. as designed.
