          Replaceable sleeve stabilizer is special tool suitable for directional well drilling. The stabilizer sleeve can be changed quickly and easily after sleeve had banding is worn-out. There’re two styles available:2-piece stabilizer, and 3-piece stabilizer.
          MDX sleeve type stabilizer mandrels available in either string or near bit configurations are produced in a full range of size to overcome the logistics difficulties normally associated with stabilization equipment at the rig site.
          MDX mandrels manufactured from a single piece of material for optimum integral strength are available in either AISI445H modified alloy steel or Non-magnetic grades.

            Variable diameter stabilizer is new tool for drilling operation. With special support head, variable diameter stabilizer can change the outside diameter by stretching out or drawing back support head so as to adjust the clearance between hole wall and stabilizer and avoid sticking.

                Description: Inside BOP/Stabbing Valves are designed to control or prevent a backflow condition when the kelly or top drive is disconnected from the drill pipe. Essentially a one-way check valve, they have a flush O.D. to permit them to be stripped through annular blowout preventers.
                Releasing tools are supplied with the valve and they are used to hold the valve in the open position to allow it to be used as a stabbing valve. If a kick or backflow condition develops, the open valve can be easily stabbed and threaded into the drill pipe.
                Unlocking the releasing tool allows the valve to close, preventing further back flow from the drill pipe. The releasing tool is then removed and normal circulation can be resumed through the valve to re-establish control of the well.

              • Releasing SpearsReleasing Spears

                  Description : Releasing Spears provide a dependable, inexpensive, and simple means of engaging a fish internally. These Spears assure positive engagement, easy release from the fish when desired, and easy re-engagement after the Spear has been released.
                  Features: Releasing Spear consists of a Mandrel, Grapple, Release Ring, and Nut. The Mandrel may be obtained in either a Flush Type or a Shoulder Type. Mandrel top connections are furnished to order.
                  The Nut can be obtained as a plain bull nose guide or with a pin connection for the attachment of other tools below the Spear.
                  Assembly and Operation:
                  To Assemble: Screw the Grapple onto the Mandrel from the lower end with a left-hand action. Slide the Release Ring on below the helical section of the Mandrel and make up the Nut to the Mandrel. Before running in, screw the Grapple down against the Release Ring as far as it will go by hand. In this position, the Grapple will compress inward and will not engage the pipe sufficiently to interfere with the tool being run in.
                  To Engage the Fish: When the Spear has reached the point of desired engagement with the fish, rotate sufficiently to move the Mandrel one full turn to the left. This turns the Mandrel down through the Grapple, placing the Grapple into the engaging position. A straight pull will then wedge the Grapple into positive engagement with the fish.
                  To Release: Bump down to break the freeze, then rotate two or three turns to the right. This moves the Mandrel up through the Grapple, forcing the Grapple against the Release Ring and putting the Spear in released position. A straight upward pull will then generally free the Spear; however, it is recommended that the Spear be rotated slowly to the right when coming out. The matching cams of the Release Ring and Nut constitute a safety device which resists freezing or jamming.

                    Description: The MDX Safety Joint is manufactured to provide safe and easy release and make-up whenever disengagement becomes necessary. This dependable, field-tough tool is designed to transmit torque in either direction when placed in the drill, fishing, or wash-over string.
                    The safety joint consists of a: Pin Section, Friction Ring, Box Section
                    The internal connection of the safety joint is a coarse acme thread used to facilitate easy pack-off and re-engagement. A knurled release ring between the box and pin sections maintain torsion integrity until back-off procedure is initiated. An O-ring seal contains pressure while the safety joint is made up.
                    Safety joints are divided into type H、type J and type AJ.
                    Assembly and operation
                    To assemble, install the safety joint in the drill string as indicated below. Make up the service connection to a torque of approximately 60 to 75% of the drill string connections.
                    In drill strings, the safety joint should be located above the drill collars to avoid compression.
                    In fishing strings, the safety joint should be located directly above the fishing tool but below the jar or bumper sub.
                    In wash over strings, the safety joint should be located between the drill pipe and the wash over pipe. Wash over Safety Joints are provided with a tool joint box thread and a wash over pipe pin thread.
                    To disengage the safety joint while down-hole, place pipe in tension and apply left-hand torque. Hold torque while slowly lowering pipe until safety joint breaks. Continue to unscrew safety joint to the left. To re-engage the safety joint, lower pipe until pin section of safety joint lands on box section. Apply one point of weight. Rotate to the left one or two turns. Then rotate to the right until torque builds up, indicating safety joint is made up.

                    H Type Safety Joint is a essential safety tool for connecting the pipes in the well. The tool can be connected string on the job transfer torque to bear tension and compression load. Column in case of card operations, the safety joint can be torn off and the first will be safe from a connecting string above.
                    H Type Safety Joint can simplify operations, improve operating rural rate and be widely used in fishing, wash-over and testing work, etc.
                    AJ Type Safety Joint is an essential safety tool for connecting the pipes in the well. The body adopts wide buttress thread or special trapezoidal thread connection, which is used to drill, fish, wash well, work over and test operation, etc. It is used to treat well accident and used to be mid-way test of drilling and coring. It is connected to the drilling stem needed position to protect drilling stem and have not an effect on drilling tool. Once down hole tool is strike, it can be withdrawn and disassembled drilling stem above stuck point with the help of safety joint. When drilling again, it can be connected.
