      EXTERNAL ELECTROMOTIVE DRIVE UNIT FOR MOTOR VEHICLES

      So far we have been familiar with different solutions of vehicles that have classic drive unit by fossil fuels, hybrid vehicles and purely electric vehicles.
      Our product is an electric vehicle, which connects to powered vehicle and by its motor power starts composition made of these two types of vehicles.
      To a classic vehicle, it provides abilities such as

      1) drive unit on electricity
      Significantly lower electrical energy price comparing the price of fossil fuels even up to 75%. This price is even lower if the consumer has its own electrical energy producer

      2) Carbon monoxide emission amounts 0%, the vehicle does not produce neither exhaust gases nor any other detrimental products.

      3) Level of noise is lower per 90% comparing vehicles with classic drive units.

      4) Vibrations made due to engine operations are also lower as comparing the piston engine it works with less motion of movable parts and less friction.

      5) Energy utilization of energy consumed is up to 90%. Energy consumed that motor converts into mechanical energy has high degree of utilization comparing the engine with internal combustion, which high percentage of energy made by derivatives combustion – thermal expansive energy, releases without the possibility to use it and that energy efficiency level in fossil fuel vehicles is maximum up to 35%.

      6) Vehicle has two driving axles that can work at the same time or by turning on only one of them at the time getting this way characteristic of vehicle for off-road driving.

      7) Vehicle can easily be connected with mechanical connection with other types of vehicles such as semi-trailer achieving its compatibility - same drive unit for different means of transportation.

      8) Vehicle provides higher vitality in traffic to a consumer as it has two separate drive units.

      9) Vehicle provides additional trunk solving the problem of lack of conveying space in case of vehicles with small trunks.

      10) Greater maneuverability of vehicle when having difficulty with parking and traffic jams, as the wheels are steered by direction

      11) Better distribution of masses as external electromotive drive unit gives the role of stabilizer by its mass and prevents skidding by direction in case of sharp maneuvers.

      12) Greater passive security of passengers in case of blow from the backside of vehicle, as in this case electromotive drive unit has the role of amortization area, which will receive greater part of blow energy.

      13) Vehicle has the ability to produce electric energy and supply external consumers when it is in parking position.

      14) Additional self-charging of batteries by solar photovoltaic cells when it is in parking position that can be blinds like pulled out and cover the roof of the trunk of motor vehicle and upper surface of powered vehicle, making batteries self-charging and giving the vehicle protection from strong sun or other atmosphere changes that can damage the car.

      15) Three working modes:

       Electro mod when the vehicle is moved by power of electromotor, which is supplied by electric energy from battery cells.

       Hybrid mod, when electromotor of motor vehicle and motor of powered vehicle work together, vehicle in this situation has sum of power of these two motors, and also in this mod self-charging of batteries of motor vehicle over the electricity generator is realized.


       Mod when powered vehicle starts its own engine on fossil fuels and the engine of motor vehicle is not active; this the situation battery cells are also self-charging by electricity generator, which is placed in the last vehicle on the picture.

      16) Easy access to the components of vehicle in case of service or repair.

      17) The possibility for vehicle theft is difficult as beside the regular barriers against theft it is necessary to decode control interface from the back motor vehicle.

        TEJJ IC ENGINE [PATENT PENDING]
        (CONSTANT TORQUE RECEPROCATING IC ENGINE)
        In all IC engines built so far, the reciprocating motion of the connecting rod is converted in to rotary motion for wheel through crankshaft. This was most appropriate technology when the engine was invented. However, with continuously rising fuel prices around the world, many attempts are being made for improving engine efficiency.

        I have studied existing technology in detail & have found out following disadvantages with existing system.

        DISADVANTAGES IN EXISTING SYSTEM
        1. The torque generated is always in a sine wave form.
        2. Although, fuel combustion exerts tremendous force on piston from TDC to BDC (can be considered constant for any particular power stroke); all of it is never converted in to desired torque. When piston is near TDC or BDC, the force is wasted in compressing / stretching crankshaft radial arms towards / away from crankshaft bearings. Due to this repetitive cyclic force, crankcase is required to be designed adequately strong & robust for bearing non converted force from Pistons.
        3. Due to sine wave nature of torque conversion, maximum torque is available ONLY AT CRANKSHAFT ROTATION AT MULTIPLES OF 90 deg..
        For all other times, the torque available is LESS THAN MAXIMUM POSSIBLE.
        4. For a 4 cylinder engine with cranks placed at 90 deg. apart & firing order 1,3,2,4; cylinder 1 (say) has power stroke from 0 deg. to 180 deg.of crankshaft rotation; then other cylinders will fire as under
        • Cylinder 1: 0 deg. to 180 deg..
        • Cylinder 3: 180 deg. to 360 deg..
        • Cylinder 2: 270 deg. to 450 deg..
        • Cylinder 4: 450 deg. to 630 deg..
        For cylinder 1, next power stroke starts at 720 deg. only & hence it can be seen that from 630 deg. to 720 deg., there is no power available in any of the cylinders. Engine has to cross this zone only by means of inertia of the over all system.

        Considering all these disadvantages, I have developed a new concept in IC Engine, which WILL NOT HAVE ANY OF ABOVE DISADVANTAGES.
        I have named it TEJJ IC ENGINE having following advantages:

        ADVANTAGES OF TEJJ IC ENGINE
        1. This Engine WILL PRODUCE CONSTANT TORQUE OVER ALL POSITIONS OF CRANKSHAFT ROTATION. Torque wave will be a rectangular one.
        2. The torque will be comparable to that of ELECTRIC MOTOR.
        3. As no force from piston will be wasted in exerting undue force on crankshaft bearings, crankcase design can be made relatively lighter.
        4. Torque available will be EQUAL TO MAXIMUM POSSIBLE TORQUE of existing sine wave torque at 90 deg. multiples.
        5. This engine can be easily made in existing plants since It is only addition / modification of components & rearrangement of existing engine using ALREADY PROVEN COMPONENTS ELSE WHERE.
        6. No new technology yet to be tasted is used for this invention.
        7. Work done PER POWER STROKE of ENGINE WILL BE ALMOST 55% HIGHER THAN THAT IN AN EXISTING SINE WAVE IC ENGINE.
        8. This will lead to TREMENDOUS INCREASE OF ENGINE EFFICIENCY MILAGE FROM VEHICLE.
        9. This Engine can be used for all IC engine applications as at present.
        10. This Engine can be used for all 2-stroke 4-stroke engines running on ANY FUEL.
        11. The investment made for developing, buying this technology will enable the buyer to claim carbon credits.
        12. Due to higher power available, existing 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th gear ratios can be used for 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th gear for vehicles fitted with TEJJ ENGINE. 5TH Gear can have more over drive & suitable gear ratio can be easily devised.

                What my product idea is?

                My product is the modular vehicle for land and air transport of cargo and passengers. It is a product of a simple and technically feasible way, given the successful combination of car and aircraft.
                It consists of modules tug aircraft to drive the mode of land transport and aircraft type gyrocopter. It is designed as an inexpensive and reliable means of transportation, which solves the problem that exists with the helicopter in terms of short to medium radius of operational use, high cost per hour of use, complexity of maintaining the primary circuit, the constant lack of qualified crews and teams to operate and maintain sophisticated models of helicopters.
                My concept is to offer to the market an efficient means of transportation, which is a blend of the latest aviation and automotive technology works harmoniously with a combination of general satisfaction. In relation to the projects and models that belong to the previous state of the art, in our project are applied simple solutions that guarantee reliability and economic viability of using both in terms of vehicle production and in terms of cost-effectiveness of use for users.
                Market demands that we fully understood and the availability of the latest technologies that are reliable and cheap assure us that we are pioneers in realizing someone's dream of a personal car/aircraft that will be accessible to a wide range of users.

                    PATENT nr: RO 122555 Internal combustion engine with oscillating rotary pistons
                    The invention refers to an internal combustion engine with oscillating rotary pistons, operating as four cycle engine. In complete version, the engine has two cylinders situated in tandem, where two pistons slide and rotate, with both ends active, resulting in a situation that is equivalent to four cylinders and the afferent pistons of a classical engine. Although it operates in four phases, the engine does not have any sort of distribution mechanism, being replased by the slide and rotation movement of the pistons within the cylinders, the pistons have grooves which intersect, at the right moment, with the input and exhaust gaps two cylinders are equipped with, somehow similar to the engine that operated in two phases. The engine is also equipped with another cylinder of a large diameter, placed in tandem with the first two cylinders, where a piston slides androtates having slightly different configuration and it is placed on the same piston-holder axis where the other cylinder are placed. The latter piston retrives the energy from the hot burnts gases, which are evacuated in the first phase at a quite higher pressure, this way a contribution of power is brought to the engine. Due to a gasfilter situated between the exhaust of the first two cylinders and the thirt one of auxiliary expansion, in the end, the cooled gases will be exhausted, also filtered at a pressure close to the atmospheric one, thus pollution as well as the noise shall be reduced. The engine is worth to be noticed because of its simplicity in engineering, the maintenance matters, reduced vibration, the efficiency and the improved power to a weight ratio, and also due to the reduction of toxic emissions when using classical fuel. It can be easily adjusted for the us of hydrogen. On request, the exhaust and the input clefts can reverse their roles, then the engine can be started conversely. The engine can lend itself to equipping a widw range of machines, from ships to cars and motor-cycles. With a distinct spatial geometry and reduced sizes, it can be assembled in narrow spaces. Because of this fact, the engine is a good fit in equipping motor vehicles that have an alternative propulsion. It can also be used in model engines due to the possibility of miniaturizing the more simple version of the engine.
