  Description

  Description

  This design is a major change in fire fighting ladder truck design.
  The design allows the fire fighter to ride up the ladder, saving energy. It also allows the fire fighter to send incapacitated people down the ladder alone, allowing the fire fighter to continue his/her work. This design also allows extra supplies/equipment to be sent up or down without a human being put in further danger.
  The automation for this design is critical. The ladder framework will be re-designed to deal with the special ladder.
  This design allows the ladder truck to do things a 'cherry picker' type cannot do, or cannot do without serious uses of energy and manpower.
